When one laboured so hard to keep family and friends happy, but yet can’t live to eat the fruits of such sweet, sour, heart aching and sweat drenching experiences of life.
I had wished that you live to eat the fruits of your hard labour in pursuit of great goals for your family, especially your special needs son-Ahmed. Your strength courage and resilience was an inspiration to many women. You never gave up on Ahmed, whom we call the Star Boy! Thanks to all your sacrifices to make an hero out of the child.
You were kind, warmly, respectful and boisterous always despite all the heartaches and silent tears you may have endured as a single mother of boys. I respected you for all you do and still standing tall inspite of it all. You were my SUPER WOMAN.
That strength of a SUPER WOMAN couldn’t withstand the sting of death. Oh, Allah!
When I visited you last Friday, I never knew it was the last I would ever see of you, and when I missed your call after I travelled following my visit to you, I called back on the 16th December 2024, where we talked and I still wished I was going to see you again and you would have recovered and came back to your boisterous self. I didn’t know that call was a last call. innalillah wahina ilehi rojiun.
May Allah SWT be pleased with your soul and grant you aljana firdaus Hajia Rafat Idris Salami.
I can’t comprehend this. What then is life after all? Afi ka sa ma se daada si ra wa. Igba o lo bi orere.
