Growing investor confidence in Abuja’s expanding real estate market has continued to drive demand for the T Pumpy Concept Limited Apo–Waru (Birnin Zamani), as more Nigerians move to secure plots in the fast-growing district due to its affordability, strategic location, and strong potential for long-term value appreciation.

In an interaction with newsmen during their visits to the corporate office of T Pumpy Concept Limited in Abuja, prospective investors and subscribers highlighted several reasons behind their decision to invest in the Apo–Waru Burun estate, citing affordability, strategic location, infrastructure development, and confidence in the company’s credibility.

One of the subscribers, Aminu Mohammed, said his decision to secure a plot in the estate was influenced by the rapid development taking place around the Apo–Waru axis and the increasing value of properties within the area.

According to him, Abuja’s continuous expansion towards developing corridors such as Burun-Waru makes the location highly attractive for long-term investment.

“Also, the current prices being offered by the company present an opportunity for many Nigerians to own land in the Federal Capital Territory before property values rise further.”

Mohammed added that the availability of legal documentation and instant allocation also strengthened his confidence in the project.

“I decided to invest here because the area is developing very fast and I believe the value of properties around Apo–Waru Burun will continue to appreciate in the coming years. Another reason is that T Pumpy has made the process easier with proper documentation and instant allocation,” he said.

Another subscriber, Samson Ifeoma, described the estate as one of the few affordable opportunities currently available in Abuja for middle-income earners and young investors looking to secure land for future development.

She noted that “Many Nigerians are now considering real estate investment as a safer way to build wealth, especially in locations with strong development potential.

“For many of us, owning land in Abuja used to look impossible because of the high cost. But with what T Pumpy is offering at Apo–Waru, more people can now invest gradually and plan for the future,” she stated.

Also speaking, Olawale James said he was attracted to the estate because of the infrastructure already planned for the project, including road networks, drainage systems, electricity supply, and security features designed to support comfortable living and sustainable property development.

James explained: “Investors are now paying closer attention to estates with long-term development plans rather than merely acquiring undeveloped land without structure or clear vision.

“What convinced me is that this is not just empty land. There is a clear development plan, and you can already see the direction the area is heading. With the infrastructure and the pace of growth around Apo–Waru, it is obvious that investors stand to gain in the future.”

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T Pumpy Concept Limited, Akintayo Adaralegbe, had earlier stated that the Apo–Waru Estate was designed to provide affordable, secure, and high-value property solutions for Nigerians seeking long-term investment opportunities.

Industry observers say the combination of affordability, strategic location, infrastructure development, and increasing housing demand has continued to position the Apo–Waru Estate as one of Abuja’s emerging real estate investment destinations.
