A former member of the House Representatives, Dr. Cairo Ojougboh, is dead. Ojougbo who represented the Ika federal constituency of Delta State died on Wednesday night while watching the semi final match between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and South Africa. A reliable source said Ojougbo died when the referee awarded a penalty kick against Nigeria at the dying minute of the game.
