I still can’t understand why the Professor Mahmood Yakubu-led Independent National Electoral Commission has refused to do business with the Esther Nenadi-Usman-led Caretaker Committee of the Labour Party. There is no ambiguity in the Supreme Court judgment delivered on April 4 which cleared all issues on the legitimate headship of the party. This is the highest court in our land.
