The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) has rested 12 suspected internet fraudsters.  The anti-graft agency in a statement issued Tuesday said the suspects, including two brothers, Maxwell Nwanno and Kingsley Nwanno, were arrested by its Abuja Zonal Command at different estates in Gwarimpa, Katampe and Karu, axes of Abuja, following credible intelligence on their alleged criminal activities. It said the other suspects are Owoh Chinedu, Ricaldo Francis, Thomas Pante, Chika Okoh, Okusun Destiny and Richard Anthony. The Biafra Republic Government in Exile (BRIGE) led by its self-acclaimed Prime Minister, Simon Ekpa, has again issued a two-week sit-at-home order in the South East. The National Security Adviser (NSA), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, says the federal government will continue the process of weeding out  ghost workers as well as ghost projects expenditures from the system.
