The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced the postponement of National Caucus and National Executive Committee (NEC) meetings scheduled to hold on September 11 and 12. The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has said that it has no desire or intention to become the sole distributor of Dangote refinery Limited (DRL).
