Two persons were feared trapped following the collapse of an uncompleted five-storey building located at Basden street, Fegge, Onitsha, Anambra State. The uncompleted building reportedly collapsed in the early hours of Sunday, with two persons said to have been trapped. Rescue operation was already ongoing to rescue those trapped under the rubbles. “The building is at the finishing touches and the fifth floor was almost finished when it collapsed and other floors followed suit. Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Abuja Zonal Command on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 arrested 37 suspected internet fraudsters. The agency in a statement issued on Sunday said they were arrested at Jahi, Dawaki and Gwarimpa axis of Abuja following actionable intelligence about their activities.
