A former member of the House Representatives, Dr. Cairo Ojougboh, is dead. Ojougbo who represented the Ika federal constituency of Delta State died on Wednesday night while watching the semi final match between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and South Africa. A reliable source said Ojougbo died when the referee awarded a penalty kick against Nigeria at the dying minute of the game. The source said: “As soon as a penalty kick was awarded against Nigeria during the AFCON match with South Africa on Wednesday’s semi-final clash in Bouake, Ivory Coast, he slumped, and died.”
