The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has revealed that a total of 239,746 Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) were uncollected in Bayelsa, Imo and Kogi states ahead of the September 11 governorship polls. The Lagos State Ministry of Environment and Water Resources has commenced the removal of perimeter fences located within two meters of drainage channels on Norman Williams, Awolowo, and Dodan Barracks drainage in Ikoyi. The Lagos State government has reopened the Alaba Rago Market, Ojo, having met some of the conditions set for reopening sealed markets in the state.
