The governor, while presenting the budget said capital expenditure was pegged at N144,231,183,800, while recurrent expenditure would gulp N245,797,093,940. The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) Tuesday said that terrorists invaded the construction site of its ongoing 330/132/33kV transmission substation in Obajana, Kogi State.
