The governor, while presenting the budget said capital expenditure was pegged at N144,231,183,800, while recurrent expenditure would gulp N245,797,093,940. Adeleke said: “The total size of the Budget 2025 is 390,028,277,740. The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Tuesday, barred licensed flight crew members from conducting cross-crew operations for multiple airlines. The acting Director General, NCAA, Capt.
