The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Monday said road crashes, claimed the lives of 335 people between December 15, 2023 to January 15, 2024. Speaking at a press briefing in Abuja to mark the end of Operation Zero Tolerance Exercise, the Corps Marshal, Dauda Biu , noted that the casualties represented four per cent reduction. The Nigeria Customs Service Lilypond Export Command has recorded a Free On Board (FOB) value of $701,784,984 in export earnings during 2023. Customs Area Controller, Comptroller Ajibola Odusanya, disclosed this Thursday that the Command processed 18,407 containers, both 20ft and 40ft, weighing 688,097 metric tons.
