The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has revealed that it was harvesting operational vehicles from neighbouring States and headquarters for logistics purposes to complement the number of vehicles needed by each of the state during the November 11 governorship elections in Bayelsa, Kogi and Imo states. Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court Abuja has fixed November 1 to deliver judgment on the legal battle to compel the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to release the sum of  $9.8 million cash seized from the former Group Managing Director (GMD) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Andrew Yakubu in his Kaduna residence since 2017.
