The Department of State Security (DSS), says the suspended Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele is not in its custody. At least one United Nations peacekeeper was killed and four others seriously injured when their patrol was attacked in northern Mali on Friday, the peacekeeping mission MINUSMA said. The incident took place near the town of Ber, in the region of Tombouctou – an area that has become a hotbed of jihadist activity over the past decade. The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet), says it has commenced the upgrade and installation of the 2023 version of Clidata for improved service delivery. The Clidata is a Climatic Database Management System (CDBMS) used for the archival, retrieval and for product generation. It also provides easy data acquisition, quality control, calculations, reporting and map generation.
