The federal government on Wednesday brokered peace between the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) and Dangote Refinery. The National Industrial Court has temporarily restrained the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) from cutting gas and crude supply to Dangote Refinery. Justice Emmanuel Sublim who gave the order on Monday in Abuja also restrained PENGASSAN from embarking on its planned industrial action.
